Eligibility Criteria
- Essential: ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA or CPA; or a Master’s in Finance, Accounting, BBA (Finance) or a related field.
- Preferred: certifications in public financial management, procurement or IT systems.
- Degrees must be from an HEC-recognized institution.
- At least 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably 5+ years as CFO, Director Finance or Head of Finance.
- Strong command of IFRS/IPSAS, taxation, audit and PPRA rules.
- Proven record of setting up ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Odoo.
Key Responsibilities
- Build the chart of accounts, policies, SOPs and internal controls.
- Lead the finance and procurement modules of the university ERP.
- Manage budgeting, treasury, endowment, compliance, audit and risk.
- Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
