Finance Cashier candidates need a 14-year bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or a related field, plus two years of experience. Similarly, Ward Clerk candidates need a 14-year bachelor’s in Computer Science or Management Sciences with one year of experience. Both posts require MS Office skills and a typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
