The contract can be extended on satisfactory performance. However, all posts are Karachi-based and non-transferable.
Eligibility for Each Post
Every post requires a 16-year Bachelor’s degree. For the Manager post, you need at least 5 years of experience in executive support or administrative management. In addition, strong MS Office, writing, and coordination skills are essential.
The Manager Audit and Legal Executive needs at least 3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or legal roles. Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management will help.
The three Assistant Manager posts need at least 1 year of experience. The Marketing Strategist should have creative thinking skills. Meanwhile, the Data Analyst needs strong analytical skills, and the Operations and Compliance Executive should know insurance regulations.
Age Limit and Key Rules
The maximum age limit is 45 years for all posts. Female candidates are encouraged to apply, and provincial quota will follow federal government policy.
