Pakistan Navy Jobs 2026 Balochistan Quota have been announced for civilian posts, and this is a strong chance for young people of Balochistan to join a federal institution. The advertisement appeared in Daily Express on 30 October 2026 and offers 69 vacancies from BPS-1 to BPS-15 for candidates holding a Balochistan domicile.
The recruitment is part of the federal government’s special drive to bring more residents of Balochistan into public service. Both men and women can apply for many of the posts, while some posts are for male or female candidates only.
Available Posts in Pakistan Navy
The posts cover office, technical, medical and support roles. Higher grade posts include Assistant (BPS-15), Data Entry Operator (BPS-14), Arabic Language Interpreter (BPS-14), Sub Engineer (BPS-14) and UDC (BPS-13). Technical candidates can apply for Leading Man (BPS-12) and Assistant Leading Man (BPS-11) in trades such as electrical, electronics, mechanical and construction.
Mid-level posts include LDC, Telecom Mechanic, Nursing Staff, Store Keeper, Telephone Operator, Engine Driver, Junior Instructor, Receptionist, Storeman and Midwife. There are also posts of Lady Police Constable, Tracer, MT Driver, Dispatch Rider, Skilled Worker, AC Operator, Lift Operator and Machine Helper.
The largest number of seats is for Naib Qasid (BPS-01) with 13 posts. Other BPS-01 posts include Sanitary Worker, Mali and Groundsman.
Eligibility and Qualification
Qualification depends on the post. Lower grade posts need a primary or middle pass, while clerical posts need Matric or Intermediate. Senior posts require a graduation or relevant B.Tech or DAE diploma with experience. Driver posts require a valid HTV or LTV licence with experience.
Only candidates with a Balochistan domicile are eligible. Candidates must provide verified domicile and educational documents, and any fake document will lead to cancellation of candidature at any stage.
Age Limit
The general age limit is 18 to 35 years. For Lady Constable the limit is 18 to 30 years, while for the Assistant post it is 18 to 38 years. Age will be counted up to 30 November 2026. Candidates from Balochistan will get an extra five years of upper age relaxation under the special government decision.
Salary and Benefits
The advertisement does not list exact pay. Selected candidates will get salary under the federal Basic Pay Scale along with standard allowances. As an estimate, lower grade posts may start at around PKR 40,000 to 55,000 per month, while BPS-11 to BPS-15 posts may start at around PKR 60,000 to 100,000 including allowances.
