Construction Work in Saudi Arabia
Saudi Arabia is building new cities, roads, stadiums and housing projects under Vision 2030. This has created strong demand for skilled construction workers. Trades like shuttering carpentry, steel fixing and masonry are among the most requested from Pakistan.
This recruitment is being handled by M. Pak Makkah, an overseas employment promoter with its head office at 63-C, Satellite Town, Rawalpindi. The ad says candidates must get their E-number through the Karachi wakala as part of the visa process.
Available Positions and Salary
The company needs workers in four trades. All four offer the same monthly salary:
- Shuttering Carpenter – 1,700 SAR
- Steel Fixer – 1,700 SAR
- Mason – 1,700 SAR
- Aluminium Technician – 1,700 SAR
1,700 SAR is roughly PKR 126,000 per month. Saudi construction employers usually provide free accommodation, transport to site and medical insurance. Food is sometimes extra, so ask at the interview.
Job Duties
Shuttering carpenters build and fix formwork for concrete slabs, columns and beams. Steel fixers cut, bend and tie reinforcement bars according to drawings. Masons lay blocks and bricks and do plaster work. Aluminium technicians fabricate and install windows, doors and cladding.
Requirements
Candidates should have practical experience in their trade and be able to pass a trade test. A valid passport is needed. Workers who can read basic drawings and measurements will have a better chance of selection.
Trade Test Date
The trade test and interview will be held on Friday, 30 October 2026 at the company office. Bring your passport, CNIC, photos and experience certificates.
Why Skilled Trades Earn More
In Saudi construction, a tested and certified tradesman earns far more than a general labourer. A shuttering carpenter or steel fixer with a passed trade test usually starts on a higher salary and has better chances of overtime.
Many Pakistani workers who start in these trades later become foremen. Learning to read drawings, keep levels and work safely at height will help you grow quickly on a Saudi site.
Documents to Bring
