- General Manager, Engineering Support & Construction Supervision: BS Civil Engineering, PEC registered, 10 years experience
- Manager Mechanical: BS Mechanical Engineering, PEC registered, 5 years experience in HVAC, plumbing and firefighting
- Manager Electrical: BS Electrical Engineering, PEC registered, 5 years experience in LV–MV installations
- Manager Planning: BS Civil, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, PEC registered, 5 years experience with Primavera P6
Administration & HR Posts
- Manager Human Resources: Bachelor’s in HRM, BBA or related field, 8 years experience including 3 years in management
- Office Manager: Bachelor’s in Business Administration or related field, 5 years experience in office administration
In addition, a Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred for all positions. All jobs are based in Islamabad.
Key Skills Required
The university wants builders, not maintainers. As a result, candidates should show a clear record of creating and improving systems. Important skills include:
- Construction supervision, estimation and contract administration
- QA/QC of piping, HVAC, firefighting and electrical works
- In addition, project controls and progress reporting
- Setting up HR policies, merit-based recruitment and HRIS
