Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC and PEC recognized university
- At least 7 years of strong civil management experience
- Thorough understanding of government civil policies and procedures
- Prior experience in a similar public sector role is highly desirable
- Registration with PEC is required
