The Commissioner Malakand Division Office in Saidu Sharif, Swat has announced Commissioner Office Malakand Jobs 2026. There are 2 posts of Computer Operator in BPS-16 and 1 post of Junior Scale Stenographer in BPS-14. Candidates apply online through ETEA.
Commissioner Office Malakand Jobs 2026 Eligibility
Only permanent residents of Malakand Division can apply. This covers Swat, Buner, Shangla, Malakand, Lower Dir, Upper Dir, Lower Chitral, Upper Chitral and Bajaur.
Computer Operator (BPS-16)
Applicants need a 4-year BCS or BIT degree in Computer Science or IT with at least 2nd division. They also need a typing speed of 40 words per minute.
Alternatively, a 2nd class BA or BSc holder with a one-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT) can apply. However, this applicant also needs 40 wpm typing speed. The age limit is 18 to 28 years.
Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14)
Candidates need at least a 2nd division FA or FSc. In addition, they need shorthand speed of 50 wpm, typing speed of 35 wpm and skills in MS Word and Excel. The age limit is 18 to 30 years.
How to Apply Through ETEA
Visit www.etea.edu.pk and create your profile. Then print the E-Sahulat token and verify your CNIC at a NADRA E-Sahulat kiosk. After that, fill in the online form and print the deposit slip.
Pay the non-refundable test fee through Easypaisa or any UBL branch. Keep the stamped slip safe. Also, apply separately for each post if you want more than one. Government employees must apply through proper channel.
Important Dates
According to the ad, the online form opened on 15 September 2026 and the last date was 30 September 2026. Therefore, check the ETEA website for any extension before you apply.
Test and Selection
ETEA will hold a screening test and send roll number slips by SMS. Then the office will call shortlisted candidates for interview with original documents. Moreover, no TA or DA is paid for the test or interview.
