The Office of the District Health Officer, Chitral Upper, has announced DHO Chitral Upper Jobs 2026. The office wants to fill 20 Certified Technician (CT) posts in BPS-12 at Cat-D Hospital Booni. Only candidates with an Upper Chitral domicile can apply, and ETEA handles all online applications.

Eligibility and Age Limit
First, applicants need at least a second division Secondary School Certificate in Science from a recognized board. In addition, they need a two-year diploma from the Faculty of Paramedics and Allied Health Sciences (FPAHS), KP Peshawar. The age limit is 18 to 32 years, and government rules allow age relaxation.
Candidates with foreign degrees must provide HEC equivalence certificates. Also, people who already work in government or semi-government bodies should apply through proper channel.

The department reserves 10% of the posts for women, 2% for candidates with disabilities and 0.5% for minorities.

However, do not send any documents to the ETEA office. You will need them only if you pass the screening test.
Test and Selection
Every candidate must pass the ETEA screening test with at least 50% marks. ETEA will send an SMS when roll number slips are ready, and you can download them from its website. The slip shows the test date, time and venue. After the test, the department calls only shortlisted candidates for interview. Note that it pays no TA/DA for the test or interview.
