The PMDC Management Trainee Program 2026 is now open for fresh graduates. Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation (PMDC) offers a one-year paid training contract with a monthly stipend of PKR 80,000. The last date to apply is 13 October 2026.
About PMDC
PMDC is a state-owned enterprise under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division). It handles the exploration, mining and marketing of minerals across Pakistan. This program aims to build the skills of young professionals.
PMDC Management Trainee Program 2026: Available Posts
- Management Trainee (Sales & Marketing) – 01 post | MBA/BBA (Marketing)
- Management Trainee (Legal) – 01 post | BA-LLB
Eligibility Criteria
- Pakistani nationals with a bachelor’s or master’s degree (16 years of education)
- Degree from an HEC-recognized institution
- Minimum 3.0 CGPA
- Maximum age 28 years on the date of the advertisement
- Graduated in 2025–26, with or without experience
Selection Process
Eligible candidates will sit a written test and interview. Merit is based on:
- Academic marks – 30%
- Test assessment – 40%
- Interview – 30%
Only shortlisted candidates will be called. No TA/DA is given for the interview.
Important Note
This is a training contract, not permanent employment. PMDC has no obligation to offer a regular job after the training year.
