The Tribal Electric Supply Company has announced TESCO Jobs 2026 for the post of Deputy Director (Finance) MIRAD. TESCO will hire one qualified finance professional on contract on open merit. The salary is a lump sum equal to the BPS-18 pay package, and the last date to apply is 2 November 2026.
TESCO Jobs 2026 Contract Details
The contract runs for an initial period of one year. After that, TESCO can extend it if the officer performs well. However, the job is purely contractual and non-pensionable, so it carries no long-term benefits.
Qualification and Experience
Applicants can qualify in three ways. First, a member of ACA, ACMA or ACCA, or an equivalent recognized professional body, can apply. Second, candidates with ACA Intermediate, ICMA Intermediate or ACCA Affiliate status need 3 years of relevant experience.
Third, candidates with an M.Com, MBA (Finance) or MS Finance need at least 5 years of post-qualification experience. Their experience should cover financial management, commercial or contract finance, treasury or regulatory finance. In addition, TESCO prefers experience in the power or utility sector.
Moreover, the candidate should understand CTBCM, regulatory affairs, bilateral contracts and the bidding process. Knowledge of the electricity market will also give applicants an edge.
Age Limit and Conditions
The maximum age is 40 years on the closing date. TESCO calls only shortlisted candidates for interview. Also, employees of government, semi-government and autonomous bodies must apply through proper channel.
Dismissed employees and people with a criminal record cannot apply. Furthermore, TESCO pays no TA or DA for the selection process, and it may stop the hiring process at any stage.
