NADRA CTO Jobs 2026 are now open for a top leadership role. The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) is hiring a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at its headquarters in Islamabad. The selected person will lead NADRA’s entire technology function.
NADRA CTO Jobs Overview

Role Purpose
The CTO will give strategic direction on digital transformation, IT governance, technology infrastructure and systems development. Moreover, the role aims to improve performance through secure and innovative technology. The CTO will also advise NADRA management and the Authority on technology matters.
Educational Qualification
Candidates need 16 years of education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Security or a related field. Besides, the degree must be from an HEC-recognized university and attested by HEC. A Master’s degree will be preferred.
Experience Required
Candidates need at least 15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles. In addition, they should have led technology or IT functions in large public-sector, corporate or tech-driven organizations.

Terms and Conditions
At first, the selected candidate will complete a three-month probation, which NADRA may extend based on performance. After that, only shortlisted candidates will get a call for the interview. Also, government employees must bring an NOC at the interview.
Later, the selected candidate must submit HEC-verified documents, medical fitness and character certificates. However, NADRA will not pay any TA/DA.
