UHS Lahore Jobs 2026 are now open. The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore has announced 6 posts in BPS-17 to BPS-20 on a contract basis. These include Professor, Director QEC, Deputy Registrar and IT posts. Only candidates with a Punjab domicile can apply.
UHS Lahore Jobs 2026 Vacancies
The university needs one candidate for each of the following posts:
- Professor (Medical Education) – BPS-20
- Director Quality Enhancement Cell / IQAE – BPS-20
- Deputy Registrar – BPS-18
- Deputy Controller of Examinations – BPS-18
- Network Administrator – BPS-17
- Database Administrator – BPS-17
The upper age limit for all posts is 55 years.
Qualification and Experience
For the Professor post, candidates need MBBS or BDS with a postgraduate qualification in Medical Education. They also need 3 years as Associate Professor or 9 years as Assistant Professor, plus 15 research papers.
The Director QEC post needs an MS/MPhil with 12 years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 15 years of experience. However, the experience must be in administration at a public sector organization in BPS-17 or above.
For Deputy Registrar and Deputy Controller of Examinations, candidates need an MA, MSc, MPA or MBA with 5 years of administrative experience. Alternatively, an MBBS with 5 years of teaching or administrative experience is also accepted.
Finally, the Network and Database Administrator posts need an MS in Computer Science, BCS or BE with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.
How to Apply for UHS Lahore Jobs
First, apply online through the UHS job portal. Then, print the fee challan and pay Rs. 2000 through 1Link or any Bank of Punjab branch. The fee is non-refundable.
After that, submit a signed printout of the online form with attested copies of your CNIC, domicile, degrees, experience certificates and paid challan. Send it by hand or courier to the HR Office, Room #12, UHS, Khayaban-e-Jamia Punjab, Lahore.

Important Notes
The university will prefer candidates with experience at a public sector medical university. Moreover, it may hold a test or screening for shortlisting. Government employees must apply through proper channel, and no TA/DA will be paid.
